While our consultants are mostly financial think tanks and our founder a CPA, we believe our time are best spent knowing and understanding health care regulations, trends and operations. As such we leave legal representation to your attorney and the tax and audit functions to your local CPA.
Our philosophy has enabled us to identify weaknesses in personnel policies, HIPAA compliance, regulatory compliance and reimbursement issues for our clients. The legal review, input and action plan is handled by the Provider's attorney.
Our philosophy works well with CPA firms who are experts in audits and tax filings but know little about the health care industry and specialty operations. Several CPA firms conducting audits use our knowledge in the health care industry to assist with the engagement and training audit staff. Similarly, we work well with your CPA when coordinating year end services and future planning.
